NJC likely to dismiss both CJN after 7 days ultimatum given

The National Judicial Council in the coming days could resolve that dismissing the duo of the CJN over legality and illegality of the occupants of the seat of the CJN would be the last option.
If this comes to play, the council would then recommend the highest in rank to the position would be be the next person to occupy the vacant seat which is Justice Olabode Rhodes-Vivour of the Supreme Court.   
The Nigerian Constitution has been subject to various interpretations at various quarters and even the Judiciary which happens to be the last hope to help interpret it clearly are of diverse opinion.
